Welcome to Coventine (“we,” “us,” “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our recruitment, staffing, and consulting services (collectively, the “Services”), whether as a client, candidate, or visitor to our website (www.coventine.com).
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our Services.
1. Definitions

“Client” – An employer or business using Coventine’s staffing/recruitment services.

“Candidate” – An individual seeking employment through Coventine.

“Placement” – Successful recruitment of a Candidate by a Client through Coventine.

“User” – Any visitor, Client, or Candidate interacting with our Services.
2. Services Provided
Coventine offers:

✅ Permanent Hiring (Direct Recruitment)
✅ Executive Search (C-Suite & Leadership Hiring)
✅ Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO)
✅ Payroll & Compliance Management
✅ Hire-Train-Deploy (HTD) Solutions
3. Eligibility & Registration

Clients must provide accurate business details (e.g., company name, tax ID).

Candidates must submit truthful resumes/CVs. Misrepresentation may lead to termination.

Users under 18 may not use our Services without parental consent.
4. User Obligations
For Candidates:

Provide accurate, up-to-date information.
-
Notify Coventine of any job offers received through our Services.

Do not share confidential employer information obtained during recruitment.
For Clients:

Pay agreed fees for successful Placements (see Section 7).

Provide clear job descriptions & feedback on Candidates.

Comply with labor laws (e.g., non-discrimination, fair wages).
Prohibited Conduct:
❌ Fraud, fake profiles, or spamming.
❌ Unauthorized data scraping or automated queries.
❌ Violating third-party rights (e.g., intellectual property).
5. Intellectual Property

All content (logos, website design, software) is owned by Coventine.

Candidates retain rights to their resumes but grant Coventine a non-exclusive license to share them with Clients.
6. Data Privacy
We collect and process personal data per our Privacy Policy. By using our Services, you consent to:

Storage of your resume, contact details, and employment history.

Background checks (where applicable).
-
Communications via email/SMS about job opportunities.
7. Fees & Payment Terms
For Clients:

Permanent Hiring: Fees are due within 30 days of a Candidate’s joining (typically 15–25% of annual salary).

Contract Staffing: Billed weekly/monthly per agreed rates.
-
Refunds/Cancellations: No refunds after a Candidate joins. Replacement policies apply (see Section 9).
For Candidates:

Free to use. Coventine never charges job seekers.
8. Guarantee & Replacement Policy

Permanent Roles: If a Candidate leaves within 90 days, we provide a free replacement (subject to terms).

Contract Staffing: Unfilled roles are addressed per the service agreement.
9. Termination
Coventine may suspend or terminate access for:

Breach of these Terms.

Fraudulent activity.
-
Non-payment (Clients).
10. Limitation of Liability

Coventine is not liable for:
-
Job performance of placed Candidates.
-
Client disputes (e.g., salary, working conditions).
-
Technical errors (e.g., website downtime).

Maximum liability is limited to fees paid in the last 6 months.
11. Dispute Resolution

Negotiation: Parties must attempt amicable resolution.

Arbitration: Unresolved disputes go to binding arbitration in [Chennai, India], per Indian law.

No Class Actions: Claims must be individual.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Indian law. Any legal actions must be filed in Chennai courts.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
